Terms of use

This is a translation. The German version of these terms is the binding one.

The service

Listig is a shared shopping list for families, run by Florian Trimmel, Ludweis Aigen. Using it is free. You need a Google account to sign in. By signing in you accept these terms. The privacy policy explains how your data is handled.

Acceptable use

Use Listig for what it is made for: shopping lists and organizing your household with your family. Do not:

You are responsible for what you write into Listig. Everyone in a family sees its list.

Closing accounts

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings. The operator may disable or delete accounts that break these terms or abuse the service, and in serious cases without notice.

Availability and changes

Listig is offered as is. The operator works to keep it running but does not guarantee that it is always available or free of errors, and may change features or end the service. Before the service ends, the operator announces it on this website in good time.

Liability

Listig is free and comes without warranty, as far as the law allows. The operator is not liable for slight negligence. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, or where the law does not allow a limitation.

Applicable law

Austrian law applies, without its conflict-of-law rules and without the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live stays in force.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version is published here with a new date. Important changes are announced on this website before they take effect. If you do not agree with them, you can delete your account.
